    Cancellation Policy

    • Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $399 deposit.
    • Any cancellation 60 days from the date of the retreat will receive a refund of 50%, minus $100 administration cost.
    • Cancellation 30 days prior to start date will not receive a refund.
    We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible due to unforeseen circumstances.  We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum, albeit this is unlikely. If we do so, your deposit is refunded in full. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. We suggest either World Nomads or Travel Guard Insurance. Both offer several policy options.
